1. استخدام الموقع
- يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 سنة أو أكثر لإتمام عملية الشراء.
- يُحظر استخدام الموقع لأغراض غير مشروعة أو مخالفة للقوانين الكويتية.
- نحتفظ بحق تعديل أو إيقاف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط.
2. الطلبات والدفع
- جميع الأسعار معروضة بالدينار الكويتي (KWD) وشاملة للضريبة.
- يتم تأكيد الطلب بعد إتمام عملية الدفع بنجاح.
- نحتفظ بحق رفض أي طلب في حال وجود مشكلة في عملية الدفع أو بيانات الطلب.
3. التوصيل
- نوصّل لجميع دول الخليج العربي.
- مدة التوصيل تتراوح حسب الدولة وسيتم إبلاغك بالوقت المتوقع عند تأكيد طلبك.( دولة الكويت ٢-٥ ايام عمل ) باقي دول العالم ٥-١٤ يوم عمل )
- لسنا مسؤولين عن أي تأخير ناجم عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا (جمارك، ظروف جوية، إلخ).
4. المنتجات
- نحرص على دقة الألوان والمواصفات المعروضة، لكن قد تختلف قليلاً بسبب إعدادات الشاشة.
- نحتفظ بحق تعديل الأسعار والمنتجات في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
5. الملكية الفكرية
جميع محتويات الموقع من صور ونصوص وشعارات هي ملك حصري لـ ÉLURA ولا يجوز إعادة استخدامها بدون إذن مسبق.
6. تعديل الشروط
نحتفظ بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. استمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد أي تعديل يعني موافقتك على الشروط الجديدة.
7. القانون المطبّق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت.
